• 1 cup creamy almond butter
  • 1/3 cup coconut sugar
  • 2 tbsp pure organic maple syrup
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 2/3 cup fine almond flour
  • 1/3 cup Pure7 Dark Bar, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp pink salt


  1. Preheat oven to 350F & line a 9×9 in. baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Put all the wet ingredients into a stand mixer (or hand mixer) & whisk until well combined. In a separate medium sized bowl, mix all your dry ingredients (except chocolate) until evenly mixed.
  3. Add your wet ingredients to your dry mixture & fold in chopped chocolate. The mixture will be more of a thick dough consistency than a batter.
  4. Press mixture into pre-lined baking dish & pop in the oven for 15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when stuck in the middle. Let cool completely before cutting into squares. Enjoy!
