SIMPLE VEGAN + GRAIN-FREE CHOCOLATE CHIP PANCAKES

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup organic chickpea flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp pink salt
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp Pure7 honey
  • 1/4 cup of chopped 100% Cacao Pure7 Chocolate

Instructions

  1. In a medium-sized bowl whisk together all your dry ingredients then add in the wet until well combined. Fold in your chopped chocolate. (Batter should be on the thicker side but still pourable.)
  2. In a skillet greased with coconut oil over medium heat, scoop in your batter. Cook until starting to bubble/firm up & flip. Cook for another minute or so. Top with your favorite toppings & enjoy!
